How payment verification works

No payment gateway can legally process fireworks, so the whole market runs on UPI transfers. The difference here: verification happens in the open.

1 · Place your booking
Your order exists instantly with an order code and a tracking URL — before any money moves. Shipping is priced from your pincode up front.
2 · Pay to OUR UPI only
A per-order QR carries the exact amount and your order code. Pay only to the UPI ID shown on your order page — we never ask for OTPs or card details.
3 · We match it in our bank
A screenshot is never proof. We verify the actual credit — amount, reference and time — in our own bank account before anything ships.
4 · Verified, visibly
“Payment verified” appears on your tracking page (SLA: within 2 hours, 9am–9pm). Every later step — packed, dispatched, delivered — shows there too.

How delivery works

Licensed lorry transport only

Crackers legally cannot go by courier or India Post. Your box travels by licensed lorry parcel service to the transport office in your district, and you collect it there with your LR number — there is no doorstep delivery.

LR number, always

An order cannot be marked dispatched without a lorry receipt (LR) number, transport company name and office contact — all shown on your tracking page so you can chase the parcel yourself.

Parcel-office pickup, stated up front

If your route is to-pay freight, we show an honest estimate range before you book — the fee is paid at the transport office, never a surprise added by us.

No-returns policy

Explosives cannot legally travel back by parcel, so all bookings are final once dispatched. That is exactly why we publish real photos, net quantities and demo videos before you book — and why we ask you to take an unboxing video on arrival. Genuine damage or short-shipment reported with an unboxing video is resolved via WhatsApp with replacement or refund to your account (refund UTR shared).
